COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum age of the driver: 21 years old.
Valid driving license, held: at least one (1) year.
Minimum rental duration: 1 day rental.

INSURANCE

Our company chooses responsibly the most serious insurance company of our country for the coverage of our fleet, recognizing as top priority our clients safety first.

CDW

limits the liability of the driver in case the car is damaged, according to the terms of the rental contract. When booking the basic cover (CDW) is always included. In addition, during the booking process, you can choose to extend this cover.

The price of the extension is a flat amount, varying by the number of days by duration of days no matter the type of vehicle.

In case of accident, if it’s our client’s fault, he is only responsible up to until 500 €. Our insurance will cover the third party and our car’s damage after the first 500 € (Collision and Damage Waiver with 500 € deductible). Additionally our cars are covered for theft and fire.

Regardless of whether the renter has confirmed acceptance of CDW, the renter is liable for any damage or for: the replacement of tires, wheels, windows, underneath the car as considered reckless driving. 

DRIVING LICENSE

All named drivers must hold a full, clean and valid driver’s license, valid for the country of use and held for a minimum of one year.
For non EU driving licenses, renters must hold an International driver’s license and their national one, except Norway, Lichtenstein, Switzerland and Iceland citizens.
International driver’s license holders will need to hold their domestic license as well. Photo copies of a driver’s license will not be accepted

FUEL

All our cars use unladed (green) gasoline. Clients return car with same amount of gasoline they receive it. When customer receives the car, together with our staff, the level of gasoline is marked on contract. If the car is not refueled accordingly upon return, the amount of fuel, in litres, will be charged.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges apply for additional services such as: Wi-Fi in car, or delivry to resorts of: Kyra Panayia, Arkassa, Lefkos.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments by cash or credit and debit cards VISA, MasterCard/Maestro, American Express: accepted. If car is pre-booked a deposit of the 50% of total sum, is required via bank deposit. Bank transaction expenses will be charged to the purchaser.

CANCELLATION FEES

The reimbursement of the money by the company Bravo rent-a-car to the purchaser will be made to his credit card or by bank remittance (the transfer expenses will be charged to the purchaser).

EXTENSION OF RESERVATION

If the purchaser wishes to extend car rental after car pickup, the company cannot guarantee that he will continue to rent the same car in the same price.
If the purchaser wishes to extend car rental, before car pickup, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrators.

TRAFFIC FINES

All fines including parking fines by Municipality police and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are born solely by the renter. If renter pays the fine within 10 days since the issuing date, gets 50% discount. In the case client avoids to pay according to EU legislation, EU citizens will be charged via their home tax office.

PENALTY

In the case client gets the vehicle trapped at the beach or any other natural location that car should not go a penalty will charged according to the charge of the towing vehicle.

FERRYING THE CAR

It is not permitted.
